Know someone who would make a great Push employee? Ask about our referral program. History shows that some our absolute best employees have come by way of an existing employee referral. The Employee Referral Program is intended to enhance and build on that past practice and encourage all employees to participate. Any current employee who helps us find top talent will be awarded $250 if their referral is hired and stays employed for 300 hours and another $250 after the next 300 hours.
Guidelines
Existing employees are encouraged to watch for top candidates who they think would make excellent employees, someone they would like to work with and mentor into becoming a top level employee. If the candidate is successful in becoming a valued new Push employee, the referring employee would be identified as an Employee Referral Award Candidate. To qualify, the new employee must be hired and complete 300 work hours and receive a satisfactory or better job performance rating during that period. At the first 300 hours, the reward is $250. When another 300 hours is completed, a second amount of $250 is awarded. The referral candidate’s name along with the new employee’s name will be submitted to management for consideration of the award. There is no limit to the number of referral awards a single employee can receive in a single year.
